Documentation

Submit application
After collecting the documents, the application must be submitted to the BEE Department both online and offline. A hard copy must be submitted to BEE along with all the attachments, which must be signed by the Authorized Signatory. If BEE requests for clarification or further information, provide it.
Verification of Documents
The review of application will be carried out by the officials of BEE to check whether the documents submitted are in the prescribed order or not. The documents provided will be checked by the BEE Official whether all documents are submitted properly or not.
Grant of Login Credential

Scrutiny of Application

Grant of Approval
The certification of the BEE personnel on the application, documentation, and sample test report as satisfactory. The BEE will approve the application and will authorize you to affix the label once it is satisfied.

To register a model, the following documents are required to be attached:
Covering Letter (Format closed)
Model Registration fee for each model
Print out the Online Application form (properly signed and stamped with company seal)
Print out the Mandatory Form and its Annexure form (For mandatory products only)

Sample Label (Printed Waterproof Adhesive or Metallic as applicable) of each model must be stapled along with the online application form of that particular model.
